i hurt my knee five years ago i tripped and it went back and forth real fast and once i was on the ground i could not get up for like a minute. Than three years ago i tripped over a gas hose and landed on my knees and the same knee got hurt. Ever since than it hurts when i get my period like my back hurts and now today it hurts to keep it in one position and i have to keep it bent when in bed what this mean? I walk with a slight limp but i never did anything to hurt the knee why is it hurting?

Have you seen a doctor about this yet?
I would definilty do so if you haven't. My husband has knee problems and to have major surgery. It really helped.

You have hurt your knee and sometimes injuries can be permanent. Not like you can't work again, but the injury can come back to bite you years down the road.
Look into rehabing the knee, stretching, Glucosamine, MSM, and chrondrotin.
