Do I have a good Lawyer?I fell or fainted at work loading a truck with a box but when I was on the floor I hurt my head and back I was taken to ER, I got a lawyer but they suspended my benefits and My lawyer hasnt been able to tell me whats going on if they are gonna send me to an other doctor or not he said he is checking to see if they can send me to an independent doctor because the workers comp dr said its not work related she said its epileptic seizure but i am not epileptic the neurologist told me and i got hurt. Its been two months and I am still waiting do you think I should hire an other lawyer they offered me 1500 but that doesnt pay even the hospital I have the er report and neurologist and quiropractor and the workers comp doctor diagnosed me with head contusion and lumbar problems but at the end she said no work related.

my dog bit me today and it really hurt. it didnt breack the skin but it did pierce it . the blood like drew up there and it was hot like it was doing something. i put ice on my whole finger was cold exept that part. then it turned red a formed a callous.

I thought I pulled my right bicep a few months ago but the pain has increased greatly in the last two weeks when I try lifting anything over 20 lbs approx. , Could it be a torn muscle or something else?

What happens? How does is happen (most often)? What are the effects? On a scale of 1-10, ten being permanent, noticeable damage, how will it affect your athletic performance? How can you make sure that it doesn't happen, or avoid it?

Does it mean that your have broken a vertebra or two? Also, is it possible to have a broken neck without cracking a vertebra or damage to the spinal cord? What else does it mean?

i am on my highschool gymnastics team. i practice 5-6 days a week for 2-3 hours at a time.i recently learned i have shin splints from landing my beam dismount, floor tumbling, and vault. what can i do to ease the pain and also work to cure it?

Can a groin pull cause pain in the testilces? I don't think I have a hernia as I don't have any lumps or swelling, but it hurts when I press down on my pubic hair region (close to where your leg connects). It also hurts when I walk and lift objects and gets worse as the day goes on. I will see a doctor after the holidays, but for now, I would apreciate any advise.

I could feel a cold coming on but went for a 2 mile run. As i am training for a marthon. It was ment to be a 5 mile run but i had to stop at 2 as i did not fell right. Was getting read for a cool down when the next thing i was lying on the floor.

involved in car crash 4 years ago, spent total of 7 weeks in hospital after and had chest drain inserted and told my pain would be kept to a minimum. it wasn't as halfway through the anasthetic could not work for some reason or other.had 8 broken ribs as well and pain was immense so i made a hell of a row. next day a nurse asked if it was me who made all the noise in A+E etc. said yes and she haughtily replied that an 80 year old woman had a chest drain and never made a noise. it has bothered me greatly ever since that i was a right wimp and it keeps coming into my mind and bothering me.

I am going out tonight and ive bought a pair of flat new shoes, however i already have blisters on my ankles from a previous new pair and i was wondering is there anything i can use or try that will stop my new shoes making them worse? I have tried walking in them today but its very painful.

No horrible replies please! I had lazer eye treatment on Friday 29 Dec and am still unable to see properly. Can anyone give me reassurance that it will get better and if you have had it, how long it took to see better. They told me 50% can see clearer within hours & 50% within days.

I was in a bad car wreck 2 yrs ago and I received two major head injuries (concussion, skull fracture). After the car wreck my personality changed for the worse. I became mean cold hearted, and bitter. I was told by the doctor that this happened because of the head injuries

In the last half hour, I stubbed my left big toe on a metal wheel on my bed, and got a 2-inch sliver that was embedded in the carpet right into my right big toe, twisted my ankle on the stairs, smashed my knee on my computer desk, and smashed my head on the shower curtain rod.

Any suggestions?

Nephew was playing hoops and jumped up for the ball and landed sideways his ankle, it has started to swell up, so I iced it. Any other suggestions on what to do for it. It just happened. He cant even step down on it.

I had a kickboxing class a couple months ago and injured my knee somehow. The pain was intense and lasted only a few days so I figured I just strained something. However, the same knee keeps acting up, especially on days when I do a lot of physical activity. Is this something I should see a doctor about, or is it just a minor injury that might bother me from time to time?

So my friend bet me that I wouldn't jump off the roof and I did. The landing didn't huirt so much originally but my leg has this huge bump on it and it is purple and really hurts espicially when I touch it. My parents will kill me if they find out that I broke my leg because we can't afford any more medical bills because of my dad having expensive lug cancer treatments.

What should I do abut my leg so that my parents wont find out? I can barley walk.
