Symptoms of a broken/fractured bone may include pain, swelling, tenderness, bruising, and may cause deformity of the forearm, loss of normal arm motion, and numbness in the wrist or hand.
If she has some of these symptoms, there's no way to tell exactly what is wrong unless you get an x-ray taken. Do it soon- if you wait too long, the bone will fuse and the doctors will have to re-break it to set it properly.
And be a nice big sister...buy her some candy for the waiting room.

Take her to the doc. for x-ray.That's the only sure way.My 6 year old son ,fell from a slide and landed on his arm. He didn't act like it hurt much.It was red and warm ,but not swollen.I decided to take him to a clinic anyway and it was a clean fracture,no rip edges. They put it in a temporary cast, until the next day. That night it started to swell a little. After the main cast was put on it really swelled up.My son never really acted like it hurt much, but he did protect it from getting bumped.

if it transformations shade than it truly is in all likelihood bruised or think about some blood vessels damaged. also if it starts to swell or merely would not look good probability is you've it damaged. take some tylenol and then bypass to the physician to get it x-rayed they are going to really splint it inspite of the indisputable fact that it deff. needs to strengthen lower back ideal.
