the most common cause of fainting is a sudden lowering of blood pressure, if you were ill maybe your bp may have been low to start with, exercise will have raised this but as you slowed down this would cause a drop in bp- next minute kissing the floor

Your body was already fighting off a cold and you required it to also do strenuous exercise. The fainting was it's way of telling you TIME OUT! You pushed it too far...
Rest and get over that cold. Take it easy...I can understand not wanting to mess up your training but continuing to workout while you are ill could cause you to stay sick longer and do more harm than good in the long run.

ok
1. You are ill which means your core temp is high - you go for a run which increases your core temperature even more, so the body has to compenstate or stop you before you get to hot! So it stops you! Bit like when you get a heat illness/dehydration
2. It is actually dangerous to exercise whilst you are ill - can cause pericarditus/endocarditus or even over load the heart way to much!
3. chill for a few days, as whilst exercising when ill actually does no good for you, and your muscles will not benefit especially the heart.

Malnourishment. in basic terms a banana? Seriouly!? and you run that plenty too? once you're on your starting to be stages, then you definately're heavily gonna stunt your growth and finally end up as a dwarf. initiate ingesting extra! do no longer difficulty, you wont get fat. in certainty, you're gonna get fat in case you starve your self because of the fact your physique starts storing extra fat to seize up on the shortcoming of foodstuff you eat. i think of you fainted because of the fact your physique became susceptible from starvation. Breakfast is the main mandatory meal of the day dude! initiate ingesting extra protein too. Your physique is relatively dying for it.

If you were silly enough not to have warmed up. If you didn't eat enough. If you have symptoms of a cold, you need to make sure you have drunk enough water - more so than if you were feeling OK.
