A desk chair fell on my head earlier today (long story); it hurt, but I didn't faint or anything. What are the sypmtoms of a concussion?

you may have a conTussion (bumped up brain within the skull)... there's no single symptom which may relate to that other than a headache.
A ConCussion on the other hand is basically a conTussion but with associated loss of consciousness / memory loss
See a doctor to make sure it's nothing serious... a slow bleed within your head

You can tell by really sharp pains in your head. You might even get a little disoriented. It is a terrible pain!

Mainly nausea and dizziness.
