A bruise that seems to appear out of nowhere could be an indication of a vitamin K deficiency. Vitamin K helps your blood clot, and is found in these foods: lettuce, broccoli, spinach, cabbage, carrots, avocados, cucumbers, tomatoes, dairy products, and olive and canola oil.
Good luck to ya.

Your question is slightly obscure.... are you questioning how bruises might desire to mysteriously seem? Or are you soliciting for an excuse to offer for bruises you be attentive to the way you have gotten yet you rather do not desire to tell the real tale??

Are you on any medication? Some medications can do this. For example, heparin, warfarin aspirin taken daily. Also go get a blood test done to checking your clotting is ok.
While it can be one of the symptoms of leukaemia, I wouldn't panic it's unlikely.
See your doc.
