I would imagine it stays the same.
There's no reason why it should become weaker, unless of course you've had a hideous injury that has caused lots of bony fragmentation, etc.

It becomes stronger like any other bone you break. You just have to make sure however that the septum bone is also not broken (that's the bone that seperated your two nostrils), it could cause you nose breathing difficulties in the future because it is very soft and bendable. Nothing that an ENT can't fix.

Breaking anything is never the BEST option. I doubt a nose would become stronger...
