I cant tell the difference.
SHE looks good.
BUT it seems people treat her differently when they find out she has false teeth.
DO you have members in your family with false teeth?

A couple of years ago, I had a root canal done on one of my teeth. They put an ivory cap over it but now it keeps coming loose whenever I eat.

I really can't afford dental insurance right now so going to see a dentist is really expensive. I was wondering if anyone knows of something I can do myself to keep it from popping up.

I'm going on my THIRD TIME having a tooth abscess. This time around, my tooth is completely fine. There is no cavity on it or anything, but im having horrible pain. My dentist looked at the xray and determined that it was a perio abscess...and said there is something wrong with my bone?

My question is, why would I keep having reoccurring abscesses? I brush my teeth 3-4 times a day, floss, and I rinse with Listerine fluoride. Is there anything I can do to prevent having so many dental problems? I really can't afford it. I only seem to have problems with my bottom teeth, usually the molars.(not that i have many bottom molars left, ive gotten alot pulled).

Please help...:|

My tooth came loose and a fluid comes out and I extracted the tooth. Before, I went to a hospital to a specialist and she
couldn't see anything, she x-rayed. I read on the internet about
this disease about diabetics losing teeth but didn't print the story, my printer wasn't working, now it is.

I have a pretty bad problem of grinding my teeth while I sleep at night. My dentist just made me a mouthguard for it (out of hard plastic that covers the top teeth). After waiting 3 weeks for the guard to arrive (after he made the mold of my teeth) he also spent half an hour with me in the his office making minor adjustments on it so that it would fit exactly right. Unfortunately, now that I've taken it home and tried it, it feels too tight in certain spots, especially the front-right canine tooth.

Will the pressure exerted on my tooth (teeth?) specifically from the mouthguard damage them, or is it supposed to fit very snugly?

Strangely,I had a dream last night while I was wearing it that my tooth kept chipping, but then I woke up and my tooth was fine.

I split one of my molars in two because I didn't get it crowned after having a root canal. I was considering a bridge or an implant, but they are way too expensive for me right now.

Could the dentist make me a denture with one tooth on it to fill in the gap?

Also, can I leave the denture in there all the time? Or will I have to take it off at night? How much would a denture like this most likely cost?

The last three times I have been to the dentist the anesthetic has not worked. The jaw and the gum were swollen and numb,as usual, but when he went to drill the tooth all the pain was there just as though I had not received any anesthetic. He doubled the dose but that did not help either. What is causing this and what can I do about it in the future ?

I have some slightly crooked teeth on my lower jaw in front, what is my best option here, veneers or crowns? Also I want something that will look good and be very effective while cost friendly. Any ideas?

Im getting braces in a few weeks and I was wondering if they hurt when they put them on.
I had the little rubber band spacers put in and it hurts really bad while they put them on and afterfor me =[
I know you get a little sore after the braces are put on, but what about the process of them getting put on?
Does it hurt really bad while they get put on?
