I rinse after food and before sleep.. but the white thing isn't coming out :( i just had the extraction 6hours ago..

It finally came out... after a more forceful rinse... i know i need blood to clot there but how should i check or know if the extraction site's okay?

sorry to keep adding more details, but i decided to eat vermicelli as it's easy to swallow and there's now white stuffs at the extraction site that look like vermicelli :( Does anyone has any pictures of the white gum that's part of the healing process?

follow your dentists directions. do not forcefully rinse. you will lose the blood clot and be in a lot of pain.

the white is the gum doing it's healing process... be careful to leave that alone --- do not try to remove or brush the white stuff. The problem that you are going to create is called a dry socket and then you got more problems --- just rinse with a salt water solution for a few days and let the healing process do it's thing. Keep your tongue out of the area .............. and if you don't believe me then go back to the dentist and ASK him .......
