My tooth came loose and a fluid comes out and I extracted the tooth. Before, I went to a hospital to a specialist and she
couldn't see anything, she x-rayed. I read on the internet about
this disease about diabetics losing teeth but didn't print the story, my printer wasn't working, now it is.

FRANKLIN,

rppj, is indeed correct. Periodontal disease (aka, periodontitis), is the reason why diabetics or others lose their teeth.

Diabetics are more prone to Periodontal Disease. This can be controlled by good oral hygiene and regular visits to your dental hygienist for professional cleaning. If you have already lost a tooth you need x-rays to evaluate the stability of the surrounding teeth and a discussion with your dentist and dental hygienist to develop a treatment plan to preserve and maintain the rest of your teeth.

diabetics tend to have dry mouths which cause more food to stick to teeth which causes more cavities and will cause tooth loss.

as for an actual disease that is causing this, i would call it poor oral hygiene.
