Like everyone else said.....you are brushing WAY too long. But, I don't think that has anything to do with the blue on your tongue. My blue mouth wash (Crest Pro-Health) actually says on the directions "When used after brushing, rinse mouth with water first" And I've noticed if I don't rinse with water after brushing and before using the mouthwash it seems like the blue 'sticks' to any leftover tooth paste residue in my mouth.
So try to rinse w/ water after you brush, THEN do the mouthwash (and stop brushing your teeth for 5-10 mins- you will cause some serious problems if you keep that up)

5 to 10 mins of brushing? what your doin there is causing problems for yourself in the near future, like recedding gums and weakening the enamel on your teeth seriously! brushing to hard and for longer than 2 mins at a time can cause this, there is a new electric tooth brush out here in the uk, thats timed so it lets u know after 2 mins that its time to stop and it uses the perfect strengh to brush.....
im surprised your not making your whole mouth sore with all that goin on, 2 mins brushing and 30 mins rinse is all u need, and its natural that the mouthwash stains your tongue, same thing happends to me

brush for 2 mins 2-3 times per day, floss at least once a day and brush your tongue after brushing your teeth.
you will always have bacteria in your mouth. it's just a fact.
don't over brush, you will get recession and have sensitive teeth.

Dentist suggest:
2 Minutes brushing
Floss between meals
and mouth wash in the morning and evening.
Anything else may be a little excessive

TRY A DIFFERENT MOUTHWASH W/O THE BLUE DYE.
YOU ARE ALSO BRUSHING MUCH TOO LONG. 2 MIN IS ENOUGH. SCRAPING IS BETTER THAN BRUSHING THE TONGUE.
