HELLO AGAIN,

THERE ARE VARIOUS RESOURCES ESPECIALLY MADE FOR THIS.
A VERY POPULAR IS "DENTAL ECONOMICS."
THERE ARE OTHERS AND THESE ARE AVAILABLE TO DENTAL STUDENTS EITHER FREE OR A REDUCED RATE. THEY ALSO PROVIDE INFO NOT TAUGHT IN DENTAL SCHOOL.
DO A WEB SEARCH FOR THESE PUBLICATIONS.

I would strongly recommend spending time in various dental offices observing and asking questions. Every dentist out there has got at least one thing to teach about running an office. (And most likely it was learned the hard way!!) Find out how they got to where they are today and incorporate the best of those techniques into your own practice.

I hope this helps.
