First things first. Go to a dentist, and get antibiotics. An abscess is an infection. It will not go away without antibiotics. Within 12 to 24 hours after you begin taking the antibiotics, you will notice the pain starting to go away. Do not stop taking them, even if you feel better. Take the whole prescription as directed. Then after the infection is gone, you MUST get some follow-up treatment plan going with your dentist, or the abscess will come back. Good luck.

Go to the dentist and get a root canal. He will drain the puss from the infection in your tooth and give you some antibiotic.
