Crest white strips work the best. I want to get them again. I used them like two years ago and they worked really well.
I want to use them again but my boyfriend won't let me because he said they're bad for your gums. I've never heard that.
If you want to do it the natural way, you could always brush your teeth with baking soda. It tastes gross, but it works really well too.

Crest white strips work for me.. I have been wanting to try the Listerine dissoluble strips, but every time I go to buy them they are out of stock...

please see your dentist about the procedure . The program the other night on t.v. was truly horrific about all the things that can go wrong with burning of the mouth ,all from over the counter products . Please be careful
