Im getting 2 or 3 teeth pulled.
Will they give me anastega. (cant spell it)
or will they ask me, or will they just not?
If im under anastega, will i feel it my tooth getting pulled out?

I have this white sore on my gum and it is very painful. It kind of looks like a canker sore but I hear canker sores don't appear on your gums, only the cheeks of your mouth. So what could this be?

I have a gummy smile and I hate it. I was looking up online about something called "gum contouring" but all the sites I went to were british. Have you or anyone you know had this done? Was is expensive? Did you have to go to a dentist who specializes in cosmetic dentistry?

i have and it is horrible it did not work, it burned my gums and left big sores in my mouth and i have normal gums and teeth, plus they keep sending me more in the mail and i have cancelled it twice, now they are telling me i will only get a refund for the last shipment and they will not refund my money for the other two that i sent back to them. so a word of warning to u if u r thinking of ordering it, u will get ripped off just like i did. i have used other tooth whiteners that never burned my mouth and they worked pretty well but this one was suppose to be better IT IS NOT.

In 2002 I had my top teeth pulled and dentures put in. 5 months ago I noticed a tooth had broken though my skin and created a hole. Last week I went to the doctor with a terrible infection. I was put on 2 different antibiotics by Tuesday morning I was worse so i then called the ones that caused this, they were very rude and tried to get me to come in the next week, I told them I was on the verge of going to the hospital,,,they agreed to see me so I went, to find out 2 different roots were left in my mouth over 5 years ago...I was almost put in the hospital for the infection. the dentist put me on z-pack and told me to go to the emergency room if it got worst...Last Friday they did surgery (they said it would be free) to remove them and cut holes where x-rays were not even taken, they put stitches in my mouth,rushed me out the back door without telling my husband anything, lots more happened but no more room to tell, what should i do, it looks like they did exploritory surgery.

I was pulling something really hard today and my hand flew back and hit me in my mouth(i have no idea how it happened lol but somehow my thumb nail lacerated my gum.) It is the space right above my two top teeth. The piece of skin that connects the lip to the gum is no longer attached and the gum is cut all the way down to my tooth. it bled for two hours and i kept spitting blood out but i ended up swallowing a lot cause it was hard to continually stay over a trashcan. so i vomitted a bit and it had the blood in it. I was wondering how bit does a laceration have to be in order to need stitches? the bleeding has almost stopped now so i am not too worried? thanks a lot!

when I was a child I fell down once and broke my both front teeth(the upper ones)and since then i have been trhough lots of problems,have had root canal treatment,2-3 times operation on the roots etc etc,now i'm 24 and today my dentist said i can not keep one of them anymore because of a problem its having,and that i have to pull it out and have a tooth implant...I'm really upset and worried ,i dunno weather it's gonna look ok or not,I have short upper lip so when i speak my teeth are seen thats why i dont want it to be ugly looking :( I have seen pics of it but didnt like them cuz it makes the gum looks darker around that area and the tooth doesnt look completely natural on that metal thing ...could u tell me what to do? at least calm me down im really nervous,worried and upset about it :( thanks

I keep getting white bits on my tonsils - after i've managed to dislodge these bits the smell of them is really vile - i've been to the Doctors who swabbed the area and he told me there was no infection - i brush my teeth 2x daily and use mouthwash - can anyone suggest what the problem is?

Has anyone out there had their wisdom teeth removed at an older age? I'm 27 and I'm going to have my teeth removed in about a month. I would like to hear from those of you that waited until later to have your teeth removed. Was your healing time slower? Any complications? Any help would be great. Oh, all 4 of my teeth are fully erupted. Thanks for your answers!

Whenever I try to smile my teeth don't show,no matter how big i smile my teeth don't show at all,when i feel my top gum there is that ridge and it seems kinda low..PLEASE HELP why is my mouth like that?? Can anyone tell me the cost differences as well as pro and cons of getting Implants versus Maryland Bridges to permanently replace four teeth. I have two on top and two on bottom, all in front. Im on the verge of going through with a 16, 000 dollar procedure with the four implants but I know nothing about Maryland Bridges.
