Um, yeah, wow, that is A LOT.
You better have great coverage for that amount of money!

Seems like it... We pay more like 3600 for 2 people which is still a lot because it's technically for 'family' which can cover way more than 2 people, and it's really great coverage. We have great service and we pay only very low copays.
