i don't know the answer to this question but why the heck did you put it in dental .

If it's a medical necessity insurance will swallow all or nearly all of the cost. If the surgeon sees a deviated septum or you can not breathe well out of a nostril that's a medical necessity. If it's a beautification project discuss it with your insurance company.
