go to your dentist, he/she will take impressions and ask a laboratory to make a device you can wear in your sleep which alters the position of the jaw so you can't snore.

I have severe sleep apnea and was fortunate to have a health care plan that provided the apparatus along with counseling on how to use it. If this isn't an option I would suggest looking in your area for a sleep disorder clinic.

step1: lay on the bad.
step2: put the socks into your mouth
step3: have a nice sleep.
