Is there any side effects I should be worried about?

My teeth are scarily thin and starting to go kinda see through, they’re very sensitive to cold and hot food too. i've only just started using enamel toothpaste. but I was just wondering if anybody knows of any dental treatments that may strengthen my teeth or rebuild the enamel??

I was also wondering if there’s anybody out there that knows of any NHS dentists that are accepting new patients in Lincolnshire (UK) ?

many thanks!! :)

My dentist says I need to pull two of my teeth. I don't have much money to do this bone replacement because it will cost $260 per tooth. Do I really have to do bone replacement? Or can he just pull these teeth?

My dentist struck me off his register because I had not visited for more than 6 months. I have been with this dentist for years and I was not aware that I needed to visit just to stay on the register. The practice provided me with a list of other dentists in my area and the dentist kept my child on register. Is this usual.

I need to find artificial stick-on braces (like what weird Al has in white and nerdy) for a skit I'm doing. Any links to a site that sells them, or any suggestions on where to find them would be great.

Thanx! : )

I always have a clean mouth and I don't have bad breath. I have clean gums too etc. When I do the breath test where you lick your hand and wait a minute to see if it smells, I never smell anything bad, but i do smell a 'natural' scent. Has anyone else smelled this?

As an example, our skin has a natural scent.

The side of my filling chipped a little maybe 10% of my filling. The thing is the side where it came off theres a pretty big hole there, maybe a cavity hole. What I'm wondering is my original cavity was in the middle. Why is the hole on teh side now? Does anyone know?Did the hole grow or is it a new hole?

I have had a tongue piercing since age 18, I am 28. Recently my tongue started to hurt so I took out the ring tonight. If I put my finger on top and bottom of my tongue, it feels like a little ball, like a marble size, is in my tongue and it is sore. What could this be? I have never had an infection, and I have had this ring for 10 years. What could it be? Scar tissue-but 10 years to form? Please help. I am freaking out!!

i really need to see the dentist again. I went a few months ago, for a examination, finding out that i needed lots of dental work. I have a few teeth that are rotten, can be fixed with fillings or caps. I told my dentist that it took all of my will power, to make the appointment that day. I told him i was a coward, he laughed and said you will be fine. I have had 2 absesses that kept me from seeing the dentist, along with a few teeth falling out. I don't mind getting fillings, it just that i hate the feeling, the sound, and the looks of their drill. My teeth are super sensitive, and it don't matter if i get a shot for numbing. I get so shakened that i sweat, shake, and get sick to my stomach before they begin to fill my cavitys. Any suggestions on how to get over the fear. I can't afford sedation dental work, or i would go that route.

I have a question about wisdom teeth. Well, I've heard wisdom teeth are like, little extra teeth that grow in your mouth, when they're not nessecary. Well, can these WISDOM TEETH grow in naturally, like regular teeth? Or do they always come out like, in the way back where your molars are, or behind a tooth. And does EVERYONE have wisdom teeth? I don't have mine yet, so I'm just asking...
