I have a toothache so bad that my head and neck are hurting too, is there a reason to this. I've never had a tooth to hurt and cause other pains.

SEE A DENTIST YESTERDAY, AND MAKE SURE YOU TAKE ALL THE ANTIBIOTICS THE WAY THEY'RE PRESCRIBED. THE REASON FOR THE SEVERE PAIN SPEAKS OF A VERY ACCUTE INFLAMMATORY REACTION WHERE THIS TOOTH IS. IBPROFEN WILL HELP TO BRING DOWN THIS AND WILL HELP WITH THE PAIN. SEE A DENTIST A.S.A.P.

If you do not visit your dentist twice a year regularly, this problem is not unusual. Should really start when you're a kid. Now you had better see a dentist first. Problems like this will later cause more serious ones, including heart problems. Just do the needful, right now. Wesley

It is infected and you need antibiotics immediately. After the infection is gone a dentist can evaluate your tooth and determine the best course of action. Don't let it go. You might need an extraction or a root canal. Good luck.
