I am a current pre-dental student and have completed the dental assisting course , for experience, but I was informed that those over the counter whitening products do not do all that great of a job and are pretty much a waste of money. The tooth pastes with whitening agents are damaging to your teeth and gums because they contain harsh, sandpaper like crystals, that can cause gum recession and scrape the enamel off your teeth. Go to a dentist and get the ZOOM whitening or professional whitening kits, if you really want your moneys worth.

The Crest White Strips work very well, Just follow the directions on the box. You can get them at your local drugstore, grocery store or big box store. They're about $35 a box. You'll see quite a difference after one box, and can repeat after that if you need more whitening.

some of those whitenening products are pretty incredible. i tried crest strips once. within days i could already see a difference in the color. then i started having extreme sensitivity in my teeth. it got so bad i couldn't talk lest the pain be too much. i discontinued use after just a few days. i found out later that increased sensitivity is quite common. some folks are just more apt to react. give them a try but if you feel your teeth starting to hurt stop immediately!! believe me, you don't want to find out how much worse it c an get.

It's bad for your teeth to make them superwhite. It strips away the enamel and may end up either turning them a light shade of blue after awhile or they are more prone to breaking. Look at your shade of lip stick/lip gloss that might help. Also, most people will see a great smile if you believe in it.

Apply baking soda directly on teeth and brush in, rinse repeat then brush with toothpaste. You'll began to notice a difference right away.

i used crest white strips....they worked very well for me....i used them for 2 weeks at first, and now i just use them about 3-4 times a year just for upkeep. I'm told not to use them too often though. But i would recommend white strips!!

if anyone do brush & floss & visit dentist , that he will have his normal teeth color,
look teeth like skin it has it's own color ,all teeth color between yellow & white
that's how your teeth won't be more white naturally , if you want extra whiteness ,you should have artificial help ( not recomended )

You can have whitening trays made at any dentist or just buy the "over the counter" whitening strips like Crest or Rembrandt.
