Whoa. A slew of questions...

All whitening products work. Whitening can cause severe pain. It's not recommended for people who have receeding gums or sensitive teeth. So check with your dentist at your next cleaning and exam and get their opinion.

Crest Whitestrips are messy, don't cover all of your teeth, and have to be used regularly in order to be effective. Getting something like Zoom from your dentist is costly but more effective.

You can also rinse your mouth twice a day for at least a minute with Hydrogen Peroxide (found in any drugstore). It's *the* ingredient in all whitening products. Doesn't taste great and minty like Crest Whitening Rinse, but it's the *exact same thing*.

If your going to use crest white strips, get the professional strenghts strips on ebay, they dont cost anymore but have a higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide---however they can make your teeth super sensitive.

I have used various things, and all of them made my teeth extrmely unberably senstitive........ except for GoSmile.

I recommend it from experience, it is pricey but cheaper if you order online ... i order on ebay.

There are better teeth whiterns that your dentist can offer, but they are much much more expensive.

Gosmile costs me at most 140 for the entire year or more....and thats in inciments of 70 dollars, and then 30/30 for the touchup kits.. thats a huge diffrence from forking over 500 bucks in the dental office.

Try gosmile, or try that britesmile pen. Those seem to cause the least amount of sensitivity for me.
