I would like to lose at least 2 stone by May. I think thats attainable isn't it? I work full time and go to college full time, so the only times i can go to the gym are weekends, mondays and fridays.
Should i give weight watchers a go or slimmers world, or do you have any other suggestions? I don't want to do anything faddy.
I always do quite well for a while then give up after about a stone, what tips can you give me to stick to it?
I thought maybe write in a journal, then i can track how i feel as lose weight. I hope i do it this time, i have gone back to college as a 23 year old and for the first time am succeeding at it, getting straight A's, whereas at school i got C's and D's, so i guess i am kind of hoping that now one aspect of my life is going well, other aspects will follow!
