I eat 2 meals (lunch and dinner) a day and I have lots of snacks. (I'm working on getting up earlier so I can eat breakfast, so don't tell me I need to eat breakfast) and usually 1 or both of those meals is a salad, because I don't eat most kinds of meat. People tell me I need more protein, but I thought salads were healthy for you. I"m at an OK weight and stuff, so I don't see why this is bad.
