I am sorry you are not feeling good and sending a prayer your way for improvement in your health.

You blowing your nose may cause the capillaries inside your nares to burst (small vessels). If the mucus is still yellow, your infection is still present. Are you on an antibiotic? Once the mucus begins to clear up, you will know your infection is going away. The antibiotics will help this along quickly...too, get a shot of penicillin to boost the oral antibiotics.

Depression is easy this time of year for one reason or another, believe me, I know. Just remember you can only take one day at a time and try not to burden yourself with what can happen tomorrow, just accept situations as they occur, and don't let yourself get down for too long on any one situation, it only makes you feel worse.

blood in your snot could mean
1) your nasal passages are dehydrated
2) you blew your nose too hard and now you blew a vessel or something minor
3) combined with a yellow or white mucus you can possibly have a bacterial sinus infection (dark yellow or green mucus is a sign of VIRAL infection instead) and luckily bacterial infections are easier to get rid of than viral.

The blood is nothing but the stress and depression are. Are you on any medication for this? Please talk to your mom of someone that is your guardian and explain it to them and ask to see a Dr. and counselor, even try your school counselor. Depression can become serious and lead to many severe thing in your life, please seek help now and solve the problem. You need a counselor or support group to share with and that understand how you feel. You can go on line a find a support group too that you can use on line, that is good as an extra. Type in depression support groups on line. I have been through a lot of these things. This is important get it ASAP.===

your fine. it is not a big deal to see some blood with a sinus infection. the snot dries in the nasal passage and sometimes scratches it and show signs of blood.
Don't worry about it. the more you worry the sicker you'll get

A little blood is not a thing to worry about. I think this happens because the lining of your nose is dries out, possibly from antihistamines, if you are taking them. In any case, don't worry.

assuming your not pregnant...you are having anxiety and depression problems....the blood in your nose could just mean your blowing your nose too much as you cry...you might need to see a dr for all your anxiety etc. but until you can do that...try looking at the good things in your life and believe me there are a few...been there done that...baby yourself....do something just for you..need to talk call a friend...you'll be fine

It is nothing to worry about. Actually it may be an indication that the infection is breaking up and you are getting better.

Sorry things are unhapy right now, but you need not worry about this.

You need to calm down and relax. That can happen as long as your not having a nose bleed just relax. Don't get yourself so worked up and over stressed. Take deep breaths and Woo Saa

Don't worry about it. It's a common occurrence if you are getting over a sinus infection. Especially if you are crying.
