i have very bad teeth, great hygeine but they still keep getting infected and crumbling, over the past year i have had so many repaired because i finally had dental insureance but now i'm laid off and wouldn't you know it another one is hurting...severely, i can't take the pain, haven't slept in days and nothing is working. i can't afford a dentist, especially without insurance, anyone got any ideas...please? anything at all?

I think that fruits have less toxic compare to meat and seafood, also there is Vitamin A,E and Fiber as well.

But i wonder that how much fruits consumption would then be enough for a meal?

I had a slice of papaya, 6 pieces of water chest nuts, a slice of honey dew and 2 glass of orange juice just now as my dinner, I wonder if that is a good start hehz.

I'm thinking of combo with banana and apple as my meals as well, but will I be alright by eating less meat now? I'm not vegetarian.

I stopped taking the pill just over 10 weeks ago. My partner & I are using condoms now until after the wedding, but we wanted 2 get the pill out of my system 1st, so have gone off it. Still waiting for my 1st normal period! have had 3 preg tests (just incase - even tho we've been careful) and are all neg. Saw my doc after 8 wks and he said it can take up to 10 wks to get 1st period. Now Im going away for 3 weeks and cant see the doc again. i hope i get them whilst away. but if not, then its 13-14 weeks till i get back and see the doc. Have had the odd quick stab of pain and thought im about to get them, but no. this has happened all the way through (not just more lately).
Is 10 weeks really the max time? Is there something wrong with me or should i patient until i get back?

to kind of ... feed themself?

I used to do things to start fights or emotional conflicts and afterwards I would kind of feel jazzed up... almost high, where as the other "Combatant" would be drained and tired...
I left many shells of human beings behind me but never quite understood how or why... I try to only do things that build up my current partner but... sometimes I feel like I am acting or something...

Hiya everyone, I just have a little question about body fat etc. I've not had a chance to have my body fat calculated but from a hunch I would generalize that i'm not in a fantastic position regarding it.

I've just turned 20, Male, I'm 5'10" and only 9.5 stone (133 pounds). However I feel quite flabby around the waist which doesn't seem like such a huge problem when i'm standing up, my navel just seems to be pretty average, not flat, but not fat either. However when I sit down, It's like i'm just as overweight as somebody almost obese.

Hope i've made my dilemma as clear as possible and what would you suggest? People always comment me as being thin but from what I read, you can look slim to people but have a high body fat percentage.

If I loose body fat won't that affect my overall weight? Which is already on the underweight scale for somebody of my height.

Well today unfortunetly I was wearing black undies xD
And when I went to the toilett , I had white Discharge. Which yeah i know is normal, but there was like a reddy substance on it.. But like i got Toilet paper and wiped and it didn't Show on the toilet paper but it did and then it went more pinky kind of on my undies and i couldn't tell if it was my period or what. Like there was hardly ANY,
like less then a pinky nail EVEN (maybe lol)

so yea i put white undies on so i can tell if its actually them again lol it'll be more easier to spot ehh .. i spoke to my friend about it and she said go get a pad but like.. it doesnt seem like anything? like.. it was HARDLY any my mum said it can be light and she didnt even realise when she got hers but do you think that was it? i didnt have cramps or anything today though.. and my mum said she had severe cramps whenshe was younger.

Are they my Periods, though? Or shall I just wait until The next time i "Get them",

My period usually comes around the end of one month, or the beginning of another.

I have a really big pain in my right wrist, the one I use with my computer mouse every day. The pain shoots up the outer side, and smoetimes aches underneath as well. The worst part is the bit where my hand joins my wrist.. where the bumpy bone pokes out its really red and pressured... even blisters occassionally and there is pain along the bottom of my hand, sweeping down from the thumb along the edge...

what is it? Is it possible it's RSI as I am on a computer every day using a mouse and keyboard...

serious answers please yesterday about 4/30 i felt all funy and my head had a fuzy felling then my right arm and hand want heavy and pins and needles in my fingers after a min or 2 my leg became and i could not walk un aded my husband gave me a solubal asprin and phoned the doc surgery and they said to phone an ambulance buy as i did not feel pain only a tightness in my jaw and throat i would give it time to see how i went and after about an hour my feelings came back to normal and although i was a little frightened to go to bed to sleep i feel fine this morning except for a little tingling in my toungis it posable i have had a very mild stroak and other than stop smoking is there anything i should do so i will not have this experance again as it was a but frightening

I called NHS driect who are calling back,what do you think they might say?

I have had it 3 years ish. For the last 3-4 days i have been bleeding. I have only been bleeding enough so that i notice it when i wipe myself. There has been no blood in my knickers. I have also been getting really sharp pains, lasting a minute or so in my lower abdomen, on my right side.
I have told this to NHS direct and they are going to call me back. What might this be?
Could i be pregnant? I used to have really heavy, painful periods along with diahorrea, before getting the coil in, but these eased since getting it fitted, however the last period was really bad like before i had it in.

What might this be?

I think songs on the radio are directly referencing me, i have mild delusions that im a certain famous rapper, or that i have money, and power (I know that im having the delusions too, when there happening).Sometimes ill hear a voice yell my name really loud,i have weird bizarre thoughts, i laugh for no reason.When im in public or at work, ill go deadly silent and just stare at individuals.I get really bizarre behavior going on at work, i dont make eye contact with no one, i feel like somethngs going to happen to me, i stare at my coworker in a dead silence and they'll get creaped out.I know theres something wrong with me, i dont know what though.Somebody please help!!!!

i have serious concern. im a 35yo guy... my between the xrotch and anal to that secondary little hole where the tip end of the spine it on the middle ass has ring worms and its wuite itchy alot. i try to put creams everydays but then i feel like horribole wet or something and cant seat down for hours..... i do seat uite alot.. plus the ass thing around the ring worms smells real bad odour.. i wash myself now more there with soups carefuly but it still smells bad adour.. is this normal? and when will the ring worms be gone its like 3 in the middle and its red like a ring shape....... is it because ive touch the cat or dog or something ? ring worms do come from animals and then goes onto humans right? then why do i have them under there for.......? im scared to even go see a doctor and explain.. its mebaresing and havnt done so for the past 2months...........
what can i do just keep putting canestine until all gone ring worms?> what about the odour there........ its not what u think.

The right side of my back is far more prominent than my left. Like if you were to feel my back, you'd notice that the right side is..."lumpier" than the left. my right teres major is bigger.

This happend to my father, when that happend I walked him back to his bedroom. I checked his blood sugar and it was at 316, I checked it a second time, it was 300. I assumed the reading accurate, so I gave him 7units of insulin. Is it normal to have the syptoms I described for having his blood sugar so high? Please let me know, thank you so much.
