This is the time for hospitalization, when the person becomes a danger to himself or others. If he's beating people with no motivation he needs serious help.

When a person is a danger to themselves, or others, he can be easily picked up by the police...to even put his hand on your shoulder in a threatening fashion, is battery...you need to call the police, and report this, before he hurts someone badly, or himself..you are doing him a favor, to have him picked up and forced to take medications, at least for the time being...I don't know what a 'jab' is, sorry,...but many Schizophrenics, have amphetamine in their medication, as the disease slows them down so much...and don't even realize it..please, call the police before he returns and hurts you...and doesn't want to do that, but has no control over it...don't let him do this to you again, do him a favor and call the police,...get him some help, and then when he is medicated, you can talk to him,...My prayers are for your safety and his healing.xx

Just because he is mentally ill . He is not above the law.

People like this have lost all sense of responsibility ( you can understand why), self respect and respect and empathy with others , and nothing is keeping them in check.

I cannot advise much in the case , I really dont feel confident in offering practical advice on what actions to take. There are many ways of looking at this , if he was a good friend he may be genuinely hurting at the perceived slight and so an attempt at reassurance might help but who knows.

If you know any of this persons family you need to let them know about his behavior, this is urgent, he is off his routine and needs Doctor supervision with supervision and lab work to stabilize him before he ends up dead OR in jail for what could have been prevented. Anytime a schizophrenic starts hearing voices there Meds are out of balance. If you do not know his family his social worker or a 911 call may be you only other options, Please do not ignore this. His weekly Jabs should not be making him weak nor ill so they may need adjustment even with out his using street stuf in addition to.... IF you know whee he gets his "Jabs" they can help you get him help, they won't tell you much but they will listen and evaluate him closer....

Does he have family you can talk to? This man needs help. The speed and other drugs are not helping, and who knows what they are doing to his prescribed medications. Do you know who his doctor is? Honestly, you need to get this man help, and out of your home, as he poses a real danger to you and your children. The next time he come by, do NOT answer the door, call the local emergency number..and have him locked up. I am not heartless, but this is for his own good! He WILL hurt someone, or himself.
Please, get away from him, and talk to someone who can help you help him

You should definitely get help for your friend. Calling the police for drugs might not necessarily get him help for his mental illness, however. Some people in prison only get treatment for the thing they are in prison for. Almost certainly the drugs are making your friend's condition worse and counteracting the treatment he is receiving for his illness. In your friend's case see if you can get him into a mental hospital, but if not, call the police.

I definitely recommend him to consult for rehabilitation. The drugs he is taking is causing him behavioral changes. He is experiencing paranoia and hallucinations and that every time he becomes anxious and stressed by these mental-perceptual defects, he tends to project it to you.
