and is bothering me a lot since it affects my confidence to face people. He denied it was jaundice and is only "dirty sclera". He advised to get rid of eye irritants. But what I wanted is to get rid of the yellow tinged that's bothering me. anyone knows how? Medications, eye drops, any?

an ophthalmologist or even an optometrist can take a look at it and prescribe a medicated solution for your eyes. you can call and get more information or even find them in places that sell eyewear.

It sounds like the doctor told you that the condition is caused by irritants. If you follow the doctor's advice, it will probably clear up on its own.
