how can i get pecs abs fast the pecs tht par above the belly wer moob start to form wer the weight of the moobs is(im jst start to eat alot cause of vacation and n wanna be in form)

I would do crunches and push ups for 15 minutes every morning and evening.
Lift weights to gain Muscle
Eat Right and do Cardio (jogging, bike riding, full court basketball 1 hour per day) to burn fat..
Start an exercise program that includes aerobic and weight training.
I would train with weights like a bodybuilder.
Heavy weight low reps
Day 1) chest and back
Day 2) arms and shoulders
Day 3) legs, calves
Then repeat
Daily workout: abs, calves, sprinting and stretch out daily
Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
Nothing beats healthy eating.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Eat your
Protein from (lean chicken, fish, egg-whites and beans)
Carbs from fruits and vegetables
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA

Yeah you might want to try typing in a way that makes your question comprehensible.

I THINK you said you want to tone up your pectorals... but I'm not sure.

Lift weights. Bench press in particular.
