whiteheads and blackheads troubles me so much. I used to have them removed in a spa but I became too busy with work thats why I spend my free time on bed to rest. Are there home remedies that you know that really works or tried.? help.

you could try a blackhead remover . there are a few different types , i dont mean chemical or lotions .
you can get an inexpensive one from somewhere , in the u.k my gf got one from body shop. they are just a piece of metal with a small round shape at the end with a hole , if you apply with pressure to the blackhead area and scrape sideways, loads of blackheads and gunk comes out.

The best cleanser I've tried so far for blackheads is Proactiv. No fooling.

Take TULASI leaves and grind them to apply the paste on those heads, I am sure in a month you feel happy.

buy a facial scrub pad...and scrub scrub scrub...only way to get rid...in no time you will look years younger...
