John that is why you have hands, why on earth should everyone pay for your plastic dolls, when your to lazy to masturbate, and the chances are minimal of STD's with your hand, where if someone found your sex doll and used it without your knowledge, you could get a disease. Now if your hands get a disease, you've had them where they shouldn't have been in the first place, and the cost then is up to you, and there's no chance of your doll deflating from a little prick hole. If they are having to go to the health department for free condoms, I assume that they truly are "girls and boys". So, the blow up dolls would just be another tax payer's expense and probably end up as practical jokes or pranks.If pregnancy tests are provided at these health clinics, STD testing should be also.

No. This question is somewhat inane. Sex toys should not be handed out to children, period.
Physicians always take time for STD. But they
can't if they are not informed.
