It is all psychological and you are in control of your feelings. It may sound like what anyone else would say, but if you just tell yourself, "Man, look at me, I am complete. I can talk, hear, see, and draw, etc.."

New changes in life, unemployment, harrasment, fights, can all make you feel worthless and negative. You should take it easy. I actually wrote this one little thing and I have it in front of my desk. It's a little woman saying "Breathe, hold it, and smile." I use this method when I am feeling angry, someone upsets me, or things don't go right.

Maybe you should draw, write, express what you feel and why you feel that way. Let it out.

It's all in how you think. Basically, you have a choice; positive or negative thoughts, monitor them during the day.

Being confident comes with doing things that build it up. Make a list of things you have done you are proud of, see that you have what it takes to accomplish things. Also, have realistic goals that you work on during the year, this also builds confidence when you complete a goal. Understand that you are unique and offer the world something special everyday...then live that.

Exercise, not only does it help physically, but mentally as well. Also engage in activities that you like, listen to music, attend comedy shows and most importantly, learn to enjoy your own company.

When going out, always dress your best, fix your hair, apply a nice scent. A positive attitude takes a lot of time to develop. Continue to nurture yourself and it will come.

Also, reading self help books may assist you some.

well first of all try to remember how lucky u r. u R FIT HEALTHY u aint in a wheelchair u have the right to do as u please live in freedom i assume ? u r lucky be blessed for all that u have already remeber there are always someone a lot worse off than u iain lonely in despair. tHINK OF ALL THE GOOD THINGS U HAVE IN UR LIFE FRIENDS ? family ? health? freedom ? As for being more postive thats up to u wot do u want out of life ? wot makes u happy ? do it dont wait lifes is too short be grateful try to bepostive and with this will come confidence. take care of ur apperance learn how to dress and keep ur self clean and tidy this will make u feel happy and ur confindence will increase good luck and god bless dont waste any more time being sad remeber u r allowed to be happy so be
