I'm just a bit confused, can someone clear this up for me? I have been reading about anal sex online and it says to always wear a condom to make sure your safe from STD's during anal sex. Is it just in-case your partner has an STD, or is it because and STD can develop through anal sex even if nether person has an STD?¿?¿?¿?

I am starting a petition to ban pain clinic doctors from prescribing deadly combinations of medication such as methadone and oxyconton or methadone and xanax. These so called patients go in, pay a fee, get their scrips and are on there way. Then they sell them to people to make money for their next visit. So many people are dying from these combinations. How many names would I need to get and where would I send it to?

im 17 my father commited suicide 3 weeks ago it still so fresh to me and some parts of me feel that hes still here while other parts of me wish i could have done something to prevent it. now that hes gone i try to be strong when im around people, but when im by my self i break down. sometimes im numb to the fact that hes gone and i act like nothing happend..i miss him so much that sometimes i think that i would be willing to take my own life just to be with him again.. but hell whos to say when we die we reunite with our loved ones whos to say that we just dont lie in box internally until we eventually rot.. and thats it .. thats the end .. but he was all i knew for most of my life and theres still so much i need him for still .. anywho my question is ARE MY FEELINGS RIGHT NOW normal?

I get sore and swollen after I have intercourse with my fiance, and during intercourse I start to lose lubrication. I can tell and so can he. This is causing a problem for me becuase I don't want to walk around with a swollen vagina for a day because of always losing lubrication like that, and I am always well aroused. And because of it this causes my fiance to get hurt as well because of the friction. I heard a lot of women have this problem so I shouldn't be embarrased about it. But I'm not. It's just becoming really frustrating. I went to the doctor and I don't have any diseases or anything like that. I just wanted to know if u guys know where to get this KY Jelly stuff. the water-based kind. I'm not embarassed to get it or whatever, I just heard it was really hard to find. Where can I get it and in what section? And is there any other good water-based lubricants out there on the market? this is really getting on my nerves and I can use the help. Thanx

I have always had bad cramps, so it is nothing new. I was wondering if anyone knew of the strongest OTC drug(s) I can get? Because everything I have tried so far does not work. I am headed to my gyno in two weeks to get on the pill to end this disaster. I have finally had it with a disrupted life every month...I just have too much going on now with work and college class's etc... I am pretty sure I have tried every rapid/extra strength what ever super over the counter drugs their are. But goodness does it suck when i have to skip work and classes for several days because I am stuck curled up in so much pain to the point where my legs and sometimes my toes hurt!!!! Yeah I am well aware that I have dysmenorrhea..thanks to my GP's comments when we were talking once. Thanks to him we both think it would be best for me to end this menstrual hell. So in the mean time of this hell week I am having and untill I see my gyno, does anyone have any good 'drug me up' suggestions? Any good remedies?

I am currently taking Lexapro 10m (one a day) an antidepresant. I would like to know, is it safe to drink 2 or 3 beers. let just say i dont take it one day before i drink. Or If i am currently taking and i drink 1 or 2. will it affect me?

I got a free Gillette Fusion in the mail last summer (part of their marketing ploy, no doubt) and gave it to my boyfriend. He used it until he needed a new blade then went back to using disposable razors since the replacement blades cost so much. I think he liked the razor, and according to AskMen, disposable razors aren't the best for shaving, so I'm going to buy him replacement blades for Xmas. But I was weondering, since the Mach3 or Schick Quattro are "out of date (aka have less blades)" it may be more cost effective to buy a new razor and then maybe he'll buy new blades himself.
What do you think? Is the Fusion worth it? What's your favorite manual razor?

Thursday evening I had came home not feeling well from work , Layed down for a bit , woke up scared to death , I couldn't hardly talk , I couldn't see out my left eye and had no feeling in my left Side. My husband rushed me to the ER , wich they put me at a 10 on the stroke scale until they did a angio on my brain to make sure there wasn't any blockages , which there wasn't but ,they still said I need a MRI and to see a Neurologist , They gave me a shot of Morphine ,it seemed to help a little bit with the Migrain, But I went back to work yesterday morning ,OMG i felt sick my head was rocking with pain , SO I went strait back tot he ER, I had lost sight in ,my left eye again and the pain was unbarable ,they gave me a shot of Dilaudid . But the doctor told me that with such severe Migrains, I could permenantly lose my sight in my left eye. Im scared , and don't know what to do or what to believe. I went to my dads and slep off the drug , and the pain was still there. Any advice ?

i'm 6 months pregnant and have an umbilical hernia. was at the dr's about a week ago, he checked it then and said nothing poking through and that it was small. every now and then i'll have some pain (especially after a strenuous day). the last couple of days i've noticed my belly button getting a little red. no pain though. also my dr said i was almost at the stage that my uterus would be big enough to cover the hernia so nothing could get trapped there. my questions are, has anyone delt w/ this before? exactly when will my uterus be big enough to cover? and is the redness normal? i will call my dr next week. thanks

I have been taking Aviane, and about a month ago I quit taking it when I ran out of my last packet. I had my period, then had unprotected sex a couple of days after my period was gone. Now, I'm waiting for my period to come, but I just have a bit of pink spotting, a little bit of cramping, but not as bad as usual. I know it is not common to get pregnant before ovulating, but is it possible that I am, or is my period being weird because I quit the pill?

can i get an internal bleeding from going to gym 3months after my appendectomy?? its been more than a month since i went to the gym... and everything seems fine until this guy told me that you should rest for at least half a year, or else you could get an internal bleeding, i was in shock and scared... so, now, its about 4 months since the operation... now im panicking if this slight pain in my stomach is a sign of interntal bleeding... plz help..

(by the way, how long does it take for a person to die from the day of the internal bleeding, at max?)

i have read in BMJ that said reading in dim light will no damaged our vision. They even conclude that reading a lot or reading in dim light was not the factor of causing myopia.

If that is so then what actually causing myopia? (second question)

I found one I'd like to share w/ you."Dr.Kamal Singh"Advanced Animal Hospital 43067 Mound Rd.Sterling Hts.48312 (586)726-5200. I told the receptionist my $ situation and she said they did'nt do this. It would cost $40.00 for the office and then what ever. I had to do something so I went for it. Once I was w/the vet he already knew about the$ problem. He did'nt charge me for the office chg.and really gave me a break. He really had compassion which I think alot of them lack!
