is it treatable and how do you cure it without going to the doctor??? serious anwers only.

Sorry, but you gotta go to the doctor to first verify the cause of the problem. You could have diverticulitis or worse.

I've heard of a couple of treatments, nothing 100% of course. The first is an extremely mild antibiotic that just kills one type of E. coli in your intestinal tract. Then that is followed by eating the new yogurts with the activated prebiotic agents in it. I've heard about 35% cure rate with that one. The other is gross, but I've also heard that it works. You injest a type of parasite. It causes your immune system to attack the parasite, not you own body. And go and see a doctor.

I have IBS with constipation. There is no medical treatment for it. I try to drink alot of herbal decaf tea, and stay away from foods I know will upset me, as well as insanely stressful situations, but sometimes I still have a flare up of pain and diarrhea, and most of hte time I am very bloated. I'd be interested in seeing if anyone has any other answers bcuz I've tried everything herbal I could get my hands on lol starring this one

I have IBS.
You have to go to the doctor to find out what is causes it.
You might have to look at the foods your eating, or the fact your stressed all the time.
Read up on the net and see what the signs are.
