I get sore and swollen after I have intercourse with my fiance, and during intercourse I start to lose lubrication. I can tell and so can he. This is causing a problem for me becuase I don't want to walk around with a swollen vagina for a day because of always losing lubrication like that, and I am always well aroused. And because of it this causes my fiance to get hurt as well because of the friction. I heard a lot of women have this problem so I shouldn't be embarrased about it. But I'm not. It's just becoming really frustrating. I went to the doctor and I don't have any diseases or anything like that. I just wanted to know if u guys know where to get this KY Jelly stuff. the water-based kind. I'm not embarassed to get it or whatever, I just heard it was really hard to find. Where can I get it and in what section? And is there any other good water-based lubricants out there on the market? this is really getting on my nerves and I can use the help. Thanx

You are not alone on this one. There are an assortment of lubricating products on the market now. I have tried Astroglide and KY has lubricating jelly and warming products on the market. Water based lubricants are really the best...and less messy too. You can get them in the feminine hygiene section of any store. I usually put a small amount around the opening of my vagina and just inside. It gives just enough lubrication and it really does help.

Hey yes, this is what I would have suggested a lubrication!! The KY jelly isn't that at like wal-mart, CVS, Wal greens? I think they should have several varieties oil, or whatever and water based. Either that or if you have like a sex shop in your area or you can go online as well and shop online for it there may be more selections. I can understand your frustration....sex is suppose to be great and filled with pleasure not discomfort and pain. Is he really big? Or do you just get dry during sex? Ok, I don't know if you need this but I think I am just going to through this site your way for your usage. I found it very interesting and very educational. It's all about WOMEN, their body, their pleasure and discovering you...not pornographic just educational. It may give you tips on how to fix your problem....good luck.

The Sugar Free lubes from "Wet" are available in some drug stores. They taste good, wash off with water and dont stain.

Harder to find (but you can find it on Amazon) is "Embrace". This stuff is also sugar free, water based but it is a gel/jelly so it does not drip off.

Use astro glide it's better than KY and make sure he fore plays you for at least 15 minutes and I don't mean back hands. I mean real foreplay. You can get it at longs Drugs. If he is giving it to you more than 5 times a day then that's great! Your supposed to be sore and swollen.

Dryness is very common. Especially if you using condoms. KY is a great lube, and it is safe with condoms. You can get it at any store with the condoms. They even make lube that gets warm when you put it on, to make it more sexy.

I have even seen those new inserts that keep you moist for 3-4 days.

Good Luck...don't worry.

You can find "personal lube" anywhere, even Wal-Mart. In the pharmacy next to the condoms.

I've heard nice things about KY Warming Liquid.

You can find it pretty much anywhere. They're right next to the condoms and pregnancy tests. My bf bought some cheap 4$ water based one from safeway.

Glycerin. It's cheaper than KY. Check at any grocery store or pharmacy where the 'feminine stuff' is... just ask... they'll point you in the right direction.

The best way to solve this problem is to watch more porn movies before sex. Also ask your fiancee to caress your vagina for 15mins before you start.
