Perhaps the most effective way to help your vision is by reducing eyestrain. Long uninterrupted hours spent staring at a computer monitor, television, or book lock your eye muscles in position, causing them to tire.

You may want to consider re-arranging your workstation to position your monitor correctly, reduce poor lighting and glare, and make sure your posture is squared away ergonomically. It's also very important to take "vision breaks" -- glancing across the room or out the window every 15 minutes or so. Other suggestions include closing your eyes periodically, blinking a lot, and using artificial tears.

Yes, you should worry proportionately about your eyesight, but wearing or not wearing glasses has no effect on your chances of going blind. It's a small risk for everyone. If you've gone short-sighted at fifteen you are most likely to continue drifting more short-sighted for the next few years. It's more a growth thing than connected to any particular activity, in most cases. You are almost certain to need a correction to be legal when you start to drive, so you might as well start enjoying good vision now!

You can try doing eye exercises....

I started doing eye exercises a while back.. but I have been very lazy is doing the exercises consistently, despite experiencing slight improvement in my focusing ability and definite improvement in how relaxed my eyes feel.

You can check out my blog (http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog/), where is have been recording my progress as well as providing some tips on general eye health.

Here are the exercises that I have been using:

I haven't updated the blog for some time now... but I am gonna be doing it soon...

Hope this helps....

It is not possible. Websites that call this are either scams or run by deluded individuals.
