when i sleep in the morning i dream. i go to bed between 9pm and 1am. i wake up between 6am and 10am depending on what i work and til about noon on the weekends. is the sleep i get at night a waste since i am not dreaming. why cant i get into that deep sleep except when i can sleep into the morning hours. could it be a fear if the dark that's not letting me fall all the way asleep. when i sleep during the day i wear a eye cover to block out the light and keep my room very dark. i don't get it i am confused.

my bmi is low, i realize, and i have been trying to stay at this weight. i hate the thought of gaining weight. i eat the best, healthy foods available at my home. i avoid meat. i use my asthma inhaler and coffee for 'lifts' when i need a 'pick-me-up'. i am concerned, using the inhaler, because it doesn't work as well any more, to relieve the anxiety i feel sometimes, when i think i need to treat my asthma symptoms. i have used it like that for years, i just didn't aknowledge it. i always thought it was for asthma,it never occured to me i used it for "anxiety". once, a physician asked how many times i use my inhaler for 'anxiety', so, they thought i am misusing it?, i agree, somewhat... the way i eat is kinda the same as forever for me, only now i amafraid to gain weight.... i feel desparate sometimes, to find a way out- of what i feel are so many problems i've dealt with - and not eating as much, seems to help me cope. i wonder if i am hurting myself, but mostly know i am. help!

Im doing a project on the laziness of people and how it effects the obesity which is growing at a rapid rate in young children...if children are not required to do anything does that lead to them wanting more....does it make them become obese? Will it hurt after the surgery? I'm getting a local anesthetic. They will cut open my gums and fill in wherever I need it. Then they will stitch them up. Will it hurt when the anesthesia wears off? What can I eat and not eat?

I am often a few days late on my period. They're usually heavy, VERY uncomfortable and painless.
Lately i've been urinating often and today i thought i started my perriod (because im due) but it came out as spotting. Or maybe a lighter period from using a acid to reduce blood flow?

Last night, I was in bed and I heard my door shut and I felt someone pinning me down and shaking me. I tried to overturn myself but I couldn't. When I eventually could turn around, no one was there. It was so painful. I actually fely myself shaking a lot. Also today, I put my bus money into 1 pocket of my coat and the rest in my purse in my bag, at the bus stop, I found 2 £1 coins in the other pocket, which I remember putting in purse, made sure pocket was empty, then when I got to the shopping centre, found a £2 coin in the pocket. Also in a shop, I nearly put what I was going to buy in my bag instead of my purse. What is going on here?

I can't do this mo more. Yes my husabnd helps with odds and end as he can, but honestly there is much he can't or sometimes even just won'd do even when I need is help The house, the kids, the newspaper rooutes, the booking keeping is all thrown on me, and no matter what I do it is not ever enough. It is always about what they want. I have no family here, I don't have no friend circles nearby because I am always having to take care of everything here. The house the kids, the kids school stuff, taking care of him, never knowing when he may or may not explode at me and it always my fault. I am always the one blowing things out of proportion, byt I do the work of 3 people in the house and that is not excluding my other job. I have no support from my family, my mom was never really there, and defianetly isn't now and I am expected to keep up esperinces for his family. I don't know how much longer I can do this. Everyday I feel myself going deeper and deeper.

If you got hairline fractures in your collarbone and one rib, would you be able to sleep at your house the same night after getting treatment, or would you have to stay in the hospital for a night?

Also, what kind of treatment would be given? Would you just have bandages wrapped around your ribs/shoulders, or would you have to have some kind of body cast? (I assume painkillers would be given?)

(am writing a story, in case you couldn't tell...)

I noticed right after i get my depo shot my acne improves and essentially disappears, but towards the end of the 3 months before I'm due for my next shot my acne is at its worse. I thought depo provera was supposed to cause acne?

I had a laporoscopy with lasering of scar tissue to treat my endometreosis ( which is on the female organs) on monday and I bled very little at the hospital and none yesterday but today ( wednesday) i woke up and have been bleeding heavily and its like a burnt orange color. When I say bleeding, I mean its coming out the vagina ( dont want to sound gross but thats where the surgery was!)
Ive talked to a coworker whos had the same surgery and she mentioned that Id still be in pain, but nothing about the bleeding. Im at home alone and have to go to work in a few hours, and I dont know if im hemmoraging or if this is normal!!
