It is possible to have some bleeding after laparoscopic surgery. Sometimes if you increase you activity level after surgery it will cause spotting or bleeding. Often, people try to do too much following surgery because they are feeling better but your body needs time to heal. I would stay off my feet today and call you doctor to advise them you are bleeding. You should have been given post-op instructions that told you this was normal.

some bleeding is normal... if the blood is red and not orange and flowing then you need to get some medical help... or if you develop any type of fever... Your doctor should have explained this type of stuff to you, at the very least given you some written information... In the future consider a different doctor, if yours gave you no info for follow up care he/she isn't very good.

your uterus is likely getting rid of old endometrial tissue that was burned by the laser, I should think that would be expected. Keep a good supply of napkins, and change them often. If pain gets bad, that would be the time to call the doctor.

Call your doctors office and speak with his nurse IMMEDIATELY and she will talk to the doc and get back to you. This is not a question for yahoo answers but one you need to ask your doc as only he knows what you specifically had done etc. CALL NOW.

I would get that checked out immediatley. You should only be feeling pain. The doctors could have strewed up the surgery.

you're saying you are bleeding. if only blood is coming out, in which case it is irregular.
however, there may be bacteria or secretion that your body wants to dispose of, which in case it is usually by force.
so, check with the doctor exactly what's coming out.
