portion control, low carbs, lose 10% of your current body weight. Your best bet, make an appointment to see a nutritionist and learn all you can.

go to the bookstore and get either or both of these books:
"Type 2 Diabetes: The First Year" and
"Atkins Diabetes Revolution".
You might get a copy of any of the South Beach diet books also. They are protein and fat sufficient and very low carb.

Portion control, low carb and plenty of exercise are what is needed for glucose control of any sort.

Avoid sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates. Eat balanced meals at regular times. Whole grain carbs are good. Losing weight helps control diabetes.

Found an interesting guy. WATCH the video (it is long and tedious but worth it)

ex- diabetic. I suggest you watch the video he has on his experience
He says brussel sprouts, broccoli, spinach, wild salmon, extra virgin olive oil and water
I am going to try this. I mean, what could it hurt if I can better manage my diabetes, or (dare I say) cure it.
I believe that the medical "business" as a whole never wishes us to "cure" anything. I have been searching for a better way for a year...
DeWayne McCulley breakfast:
1 ½ cups steamed spinach (or 1 cup steamed broccoli)
Optional: Add one-quarter of an orange/yellow/red pepper (sliced) to steam with the vegetable.
2 oz. baked wild salmon (or 2 oz. sardines, or an Omega-3 egg)
1 ½ Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (add on top of the vegetables after steaming)
Add organic spices, including raw/aged garlic, to season the vegetables/fish
24 oz. filtered water
Optional: Add 1 scoop of super greens powder (e.g. wheat/barley grass) to a glass of water or organic juice.
last sight is
