Yesterday was the last day of school before break, so we had food during classes. I feel like I way overdid it. Cookies, cupcakes, brownies,..the whole nine yards. I don't usually eat like that. I'm usually really healthy about my eating (and I don't starve myself-just eat lots of fruits and veggies & stay away from sodas, candy etc.) and I wouldn't even THINK of touching sweets on other days. But now I feel so bad about eating all that and wish I could just go back and not eat any of it. Why do I feel like this and how can I stop?
I'm 14 and weigh 106 (probably closer to 107-108 now-ugh) 5'3.
