I'm not the best at sitting up straight and standing up straight. I slouch only a little bit but its so annoying. It doesn't look very good. Its just hard for me to sit up straight. Any tips?

It's hard because your muscles are weakened from the slouching. Once you continue to do it correctly, your back won't hurt as much and you will have a slight increase in energy.

Standing = Keep hips, back and shoulders aligned. Pull shoulders back to alleviate the stress on your upper back and neck.

Sitting = It's best for your legs if you DON'T cross them, or sit on them. Level your back with your hips and keep your shoulders back like you do with standing.

Postural Restoration. There are some neck retraction exercises which can help and basic ergonomics. Proper back support when sitting is essential. I like to think of a string attached to the top of your head pulling upward.
