Well if it's something new you could have a UTI. I've gotten them a few time. Each time it starts out with very strong smell in urine and the urge to go urinate a lot.

Caused by what you are eating and also for how long you have not peed. A longer gap between peeing concentrate the smell and then it feels like it is stronger. But mostly from the food we eat.. not does you pee get affected, but also you sweat especially from eating too much onions or garlic.

Asparagus. Every time I eat it my urine smells funny.

a) what you ate (tuna for instance)
b) dehydration
c) infection

It could also be normal. After all, adult urine has a strong odour because of the pheromones.
