1. Always wear warm clothes which are made of wool, silk and cotton.
2. When you are wearing clothes in layers wear cotton clothes next to your skin as they do not cause skin allergy. Moreover they absorb sweat. Where as synthetic clothes fail to do so. Unabsorbed sweat harbors microorganisms which cause skin infections.
3. Avoid long hot showers and bath.
4. Quick three minutes bath is advisable.
5. Twenty to 30 minutes of aerobic exercise three times a week can give your skin a healthy glow.
6. Avoid repeated washing of face. This washes off natural oils from your skin and makes the skin dry, scaly and wrinkled. Use Luke warm water instead of hot water to wash face.
7. Use an indoor humidifier to place moisture in the air.

Here are some tips to help you keep your skin as youthful-looking and healthy as possible throughout the winter months:
Continue to protect your skin from sun damage. Since you're usually bundled up when outside in the wintertime, you don't need to slather sunscreen all over yourself, but try to wear a makeup or moisturizer with SPF 15 on your face throughout the winter. Do wear a high-SPF sunscreen if you'll be skiing; some of the most severe sunburns may occur on the slopes, since the snow reflects the sunlight. If you'll be on a cruise, be sure to wear a good sunscreen just as you would during the summertime. Don't forget your lips; wear lip balm or lipstick with sunscreen.
Examine your skin-care regimen. If you are using a product with tretinoin, such as Retin-A or Renova, be especially vigilant about wearing sunscreen; you are more liable to sustain a sunburn. If you have sensitive skin, you may need to cut back on using sloughing products such as alpha-hydroxy acids, as they may exacerbate dry, irritated skin.
Don't take long, hot showers. They may sound appealing, but they strip skin of its natural moisturizing lipids. Instead, take a short, warm shower; pat your skin almost dry, then put on a good moisturizer while skin is still damp. You will need a super-emollient lotion for hands, heels, or anywhere else you experience especially dry, cracked skin.
Humidify indoor air. If you don't have a humidifying system within your heating ducts, consider buying a humidifier. These will help keep skin and nasal passages from drying out. (If you do experience dryness or minor bleeding in your nose, you can use Vaseline to soothe and moisturize the area.)
If you develop severely dry skin, eczema, or "winter itch," see your dermatologist. He or she can prescribe a mild steroid cream or other treatment to restore your skin to good health.

Do not be something fake. You will find that the men who are more interested in a woman like that do not care at all about your feelings or if you even have a brain to think for yourself. Even if you did change your hair to blonde just to get more attention, it would just mean that more men want to do you and not necessarily get into any serious relationship. Do yourself a favor and turn off the T.V, walk with confidence and know that you are a rare and genuine beauty not a clone. oh and please do not listen to these people about tanning because at least if you stay the way you are you will look hot when you are in your 40's and they will have wrinkles and age spots. That is what counts, when you find the perfect guy and you are celebrating your anniversary etc. he is going to be bragging about how he has a hot youthful looking wife

Take some moisturising cream or lotion or olive, coconut oil. Apply it throughout your body when there is moisture in it just after you take a bath. It will stand for a long time.
Drink plenty of water.
Always were socks to prevent cracks.
Never go outside without covering with warm dress.
Avoid more oily foods.
While going bed ,again apply some mild cream.

purchase a thick cream or butter cream. Just regular lotions are good for during the day, but the ticker stuff works well right out of the shower and before going to bed. If you use it right out of the shower, don't put to much on, as it can be greasy. Also, a hot wax machine works well for the hands. Just warm the wax and dip the hands in a few times.....works wonders for the hands and knuckles.

Make sure not to take a TON of showers, and get some lip balm that works for you. I use lip medex, and I LOVE it.
