Yes, some people have big love handles known as muffin tops that hang over your jeans, but all girls have some degree of 'love handles' aka hip fat and that is normal, you can't have no fat on your hips or they would just be bones.

its the fat that hangs out of the top of jeans. Also looks like a spare tire. It's around your hips.
They call it love handles cause you can grab it.
