You are fine.....now go out and enjoy life and quit with this senseless worry about weight. You are wasting precious moments that you are not gonna get back.

All depends on you. That sounds pretty normal, but if you've got absolutely no muscle mass, you could use losing a few pounds. The thing is that muscle is denser by volume than fat. Meaning, in this case, if you have a ball of fat, and a ball of muscle that are of equal size, the muscle weighs literally 3 times as much.

So 165 could be super tight and fit, or it could be a pudgey weight problem. I would suggest measuring inches, or better if you can body fat % or BMI and make your decision that way. Your gym teacher could probably help you there if you're in high school.

Your weight is perfectly normal as compared to your height.You are not to worry for this.
