Im doing a project on the laziness of people and how it effects the obesity which is growing at a rapid rate in young children...if children are not required to do anything does that lead to them wanting more....does it make them become obese? I cannot find any information...websites and your opinion on this topic are greatly appretiated..thx.

I have 2 children and I took steps to make sure that they would not fall into the obese catergory. There are many reasons for obesity including major medical problems. The lack of exercise is another cause of children and adults being overweight. Here is a great website that should give you a lot of information on this subject.

do some research on the "Athletic Identity" of the child. you will find all of the information there. inactive children are the result of parents not stressing the importance of physical fitness and living an active lifestyle.

children are not born with a sense of self or what's important in life. these values are transfered from the parents and others close to the child that are influential
