I was plagued with self-esteem for years. Always thinking about how I felt about myself. Then one night while I smoking something and was alone I realized......"How self centered" Self esteem is all about me and how I feel about me not how other people feel about me only how I feel about me. ME ME ME.
It was futile and I realized if I wasn't thinking about me the world was damn good.....
So for people who have self esteem is yours good or not?
I feel pretty great about myself now that I don't think about myself in that respect.

My Mom has been diagnosed with dementia. I believe it is Alzheimer's. Anyway, she has violent tendencies. She is downright mean at times. Can sweets cause violent tendencies in Alzheimers patients? My mom used to hate chocolate & now my brother catches her eating the whole pan of brownies his wife would bake. Can chocolate cause violent tendencies. Could chocolate make it worse? She has lived with my brother for 2 months now and just recently is when she went so mean and the only 2 things that happened is his wife made some brownies & I went over there to take care of her so that his wife could go get groceries. She wasn't there when mom woke up? Could that change have set it off? I just need answers. We need to understand more about all this. And what to do when she gets nasty & violent. We Love her and aren't ready to give up yet if there is a way to lessen the violent tendencies. Thanks in advance!

I got my new insurance card in the mail today. On it, it has a list of what my co-pays are for different services. Office Service, Emergengy Room, Inpatient, etc. In the same list it mentions RX Formulary ($8/$15) and RX Non-Formulary ($25/$25). What does this mean? Is the price difference between generic and name brand? Is one better than the other?

I wonder if the US governement doesn't tell these things because they don't want to cause a panic. If yellow fever, bubonic plague and West Nile virus can all be transmitted, why not HIV. Also other infectious diseases and viruses have become air borne, why not HIV?

I had my gallbladder removed about 2 and half months ago, and about 3 weeks after my surgery i started to experience extreme diarreha, pretty much everytime,right after i eat. I was just wondering if people could tell me their post op stories and if this is normal? will it ever stop? its so annoying!! i thought i'd feel better after having it removed. thanks!

I read an article about a device that chiropractors use to put disc's back into place. Its called the Pro Adjuster, If anyone has first hand knowledge about the device I would like to hear from you. I suffer from a bulging disc in my lower. I'm looking for an alternative to surgery, from what I hear your back is never the same after surgery. So if anyone has used it before, could you tell me if it works or how much it costs to have this done.

I do a lot of lifting of heavy boxes at work and go in out of cooler and freezer. I've been on the pill for 17 years, and have had std from two of my partner, in which I was hospitlize for one of them. My aids test are neg, and i parctice safe sex since I have not had any in almost 2 years, until about 8 month ago I meet some one and have now broke it off about 4 month ago should I go get check for a std again. The pain is scaring me sometime. Are is it just arthrithis. Are cold in my bones, like people say. It only on one side.

I got my first shot of depo in september and I pruposely didnt go back for another one because I've heard horrible stuff about it. Well I didnt get a period at all on depo and I just got it today does that mean I can get pregnant now? I know all about ovulation but since Im getting my period does that mean I'll ovulate ?
