I read an article about a device that chiropractors use to put disc's back into place. Its called the Pro Adjuster, If anyone has first hand knowledge about the device I would like to hear from you. I suffer from a bulging disc in my lower. I'm looking for an alternative to surgery, from what I hear your back is never the same after surgery. So if anyone has used it before, could you tell me if it works or how much it costs to have this done.

Muscluos sounds like putting three pounds of crap back into a two pound pail.

Once the disc ruptires, it's gone. They can shove the pieces back in but, what have you got, a bunch of pieces of garbage into a hole that it doesn't fit. What;s happening to the nerves here.

It makes sence to go see a neurologist or a orthopedic surgeon and have it done right.

I would suggest checking out McKenzie Technique. The general theory is that if you can mechanically create a bulge in your disc, you can mechanically decrease the disc bulge. We use this technique all the time in our office and get great results. There is one problem and that is the longer you have had the disc bulge the harder it is to reduce it. I hope this helps you out.

Beware of the chiropractors and their advise on here. Most seem to be motivated by dollars not sense.
