I have a sore on my thigh, but don't know what it is?

It's about the size of a dime, and is red with a darker red circle around it. I just noticed it this morning, and it doesn't hurt, and has no texture to it. It feels like the rest of my skin. I was just wondering what it was.

It may be Lyme Disease. See your doctor on Monday.
