i have this sharp pain in the middles of my chest when i breathe in or bend over, what does this mean?

i have big boobs...well ok not big [34C] but im 5'2 120 pds they seem big to me bkus ive always had big boobs...in 4th grade i was in a B cup already!
BUT neways i think iM starting to get back problems! like i try to have good posture but everytime i sit up straight for more than a few seconds my back starts to hurt!! hell every time i do anything my back starts to hurt!
& i really dont wanna go to the chiropractor [how ever u spell that] bkus it cost like $500 just for him to check u out the first appt!! & i dunno bout u but i dont have that kinda cash just laying around!!
SOOOOOOOO neways the whole point of this question is how can i have a better back...iM tired of having bad posture!!

Yesterday morning i weighed 8.8 stone, but unfortunatley i had a bad day and ate 2000 calories. i have been eating around 200 calories everyday for the past 2 weeks and have lost half a stone. Anyway yesterday breaking my diet i ate 2000 calories, got on the scales this morning and i weighed 8.12 stone!!! how is this possible? i didnt think u could gain 4 pounds in one day!!

So I'm a 16 year old kid. Junior in High school. In an accelerated program. Taking some ap and honors classes. I JUST NEVER SEEM TO HAVE ENOUGH TIME..to do stuff. I feel that I use to be extremely sociable but my life is just so busy now its crazy. For the past few friday nights I have been so tired that i feel asleep around 5pm and didnt wake up till like 11am on sat. morning. I feel a little depressed, and that i'm just missing out on that genuine "high school is the best time of your life". Any tips to help me out? Basically my goal is to start going out again, have fun, date girls again, and keep up my god grades. Is this even possible? Anybody else with a busy lifestyle out there? How do you deal with it...man im just so tired of school. Need a Break.

hey guys.I just woke up 30minutes ago and the strangest thing happened!my tummy started to hurt SO much,so i went to sit down in the bathroom because i was also feeling like i was going to throw up any minute.After about 2minutes I started sweating so much and i was feeling like the room was spinning,I had a tiny bit of trouble seeing where i was going and I felt SO light headed..this has never happened to me before.what could it be?I feel better now but not hungry at all.

ok so i cut myself right (but im NOT emo) my parents dont know and only a couple of my closest friends know. i dont cut deep enough to hit the veins but i cut deep enough for it to bleed nd leave a mark. I'm 42yo, both of my paternal grandparents had Diabetes Type 2, my father is borderline and holding steady with diet, I have Native America blood, I've been obese for 14 years, don't exercise or eat especially well. My dr. regularly checks my fasting blood sugar yearly - last time was about May or June '07 and it was 100 on the dot. He wasn't concerned. My mother, a former diabetes nurse educator WAS concerned.

For the last two years I've taken lithium, which tended to dehydrate me. I've been off lithium for a month and am now on Effexor, Risperdal, and Vistaril.

I'm still immensely thirsty and have to go to the bathroom a lot. I feel dehydrated a lot and have problems with constipation all the time. I'm hungry all the time. I recently GAINED 10 pounds due to overeating during an extended depressive episode.

Should I make an appointment and insist on another fasting glucose and an A1C?

Thoughts, comments?

I need to lose as much weight as possible before then. I hurt my lower back during a volleyball game and it is causing me lots of pain. I am not over weight per say just have some inches I would like to lose in my stomach (love handles) and inner thighs. Please help!

I was told I have astigmatism years ago but my new optometrist at America's Best didn't give me toric contacts to correct it.

Will this make my astigmatism get worse or are there other effects like headaches if I wear these regular contacts over a period of time?

btw the America's best doctor never mentioned anything about astigmatism either. Should I be concerned? I'm also getting glasses with his prescription.
